Shipping Information

 All customers need a valid resale State Sales TAX permit number and purchase a minimum of $60.00 per order.

We accept Visa, Master, Discover, and ship by UPS. Any questions regarding your order, contact us by email. 

We will ship out your orders within 1 or 2 business days after we get your order.

If you place your order before 2:00 PM (Central Time ), We will ship your order on the same day.

We will do our best to well pack your product and save your shipping fee.
- Inside the continental U.S. will apply standard shipping. (2-6 business days). 
 

 


* All shipping fee is estimated shipping fee. We will modify the shipping fee when we process your orders. 
 
- Express Shipping and Alaska/Hawaii will confirm with an amount.
 


Shipping Policies

  • We will do our best to ship your order on the same day you ordered. 

  • Normally processing takes 1 or 2 business days.

  • Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability.

  • If you place your order on weekends we will process it on the next business day.

  • We ship your order through UPS.

  • Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the item(s) or the size of the box(es).

  • Shipping & Handling charge on 'Final Review of Your Order' could be different with the cost we charge really.
  • This happens because we cannot figure out the weight and size of your order when you place your order.
  • That's why we don't charge you when you place your order, but we charge when your order is ready to go.

  • Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.
  • Furthermore, any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made.
